At GYM S.W.A.T, we stand behind the quality of our gym supplements and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return and refund process.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• Timeframe: The return request must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

• Authorization: You must contact our Customer Care to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the product back.

  
  

2. Eligibility for Refund

You can request a refund if:

• Wrong Item: We delivered an item that does not match your order.

• Damaged/Defective: The product was received in a damaged or defective condition. (Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

• Not as Described: The product significantly differs from the description or images on our website/app.

  
  

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons:

• Opened Supplements: Any dietary supplement or consumable item that has been opened or the seal has been broken.

• Personalized Items: Products customized with specific names, logos, or sizes.

• Used Products: Any gear or equipment that shows signs of use or wear.

• Incorrect Orders: Returns are not accepted if the customer ordered the wrong size, flavor, or product by mistake. Please verify your cart before checkout.

  
  

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since we currently operate on a COD basis, refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.

• Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  
  

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Our Error: If we sent the wrong or damaged item, GYM S.W.A.T will cover the full cost of return shipping.

• Customer Request: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
