GYM S.W.A.T is a premium fitness brand providing high-quality gym supplements, gear, and fitness solutions. By using our website or app, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Account & Responsibilities

• Users must be 18+ years old (parental consent required for minors).

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all account activities.

• Data Deletion: You may request to delete your account and personal data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@gymswat.com.

2. Orders & Payments

• All product prices include VAT/taxes where applicable.

• Payment Method: Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

• In some cases, a delivery charge may be required in advance to confirm the order, especially for orders outside Dhaka.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka (2-3 business days), Outside Dhaka (5-7 business days).

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, natural disasters, or third-party logistics errors.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Return Policy: Contact us within 3 days for returns. Products must be unopened and in original condition.

• Non-returnable items: Opened supplements, personalized products, and perishables.

• Refunds: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) within 5-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

5. Product Descriptions

• Product colors/sizes may slightly differ from website images.

• We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party suppliers.

6. Limitation of Liability

• GYM S.W.A.T is not liable for damages resulting from product misuse. Always follow the manufacturer's label instructions.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fake reviews, discount abuse, and commercial resale of products are strictly prohibited.
