GYM S.W.A.T একটি প্রিমিয়াম ফিটনেস ব্র্যান্ড যারা ক্রেতাদের জন্য হাই-কোয়ালিটি জিম সাপ্লিমেন্ট, গিয়ার এবং ফিটনেস সমাধান প্রদান করে। ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

"যেকোনো সাপ্লিমেন্ট গ্রহণ শুরুর আগে একজন প্রামাণিত চিকিৎসক বা পুষ্টিবিদের পরামর্শ নিন।"

 অ্যাকাউন্ট ও দায়িত্ব 

- ব্যবহারকারীদের বয়স ১৮+ হতে হবে (অনূর্ধ্বদের অভিভাবক সম্মতি প্রয়োজন)। 

- অ্যাকাউন্ট লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখুন। কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের দায়িত্ব আপনার। 

অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট 

- সকল পণ্যের দাম ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স অন্তর্ভুক্ত (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)। 

- পেমেন্ট মেথড: ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (bKash, Nagad), COD (যদি উপলব্ধ হয়)। 

- পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের পরই অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত গণ্য হবে।

- ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে ডেলিভারী চার্জ আগে দিতে হতে পারে।

 ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং 

- ঢাকার ভিতরে ২-৩ কার্যদিবস, অন্যান্য জেলায় 8-৭ কার্যদিবস (স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে)। 

- দায়িত্ব অস্বীকার: ডেলিভারি ডিলে (যানজট, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের ভুল)।

 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড 

- ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য যোগাযোগ করুন (সীলমোহন খোলা পরে নি এবং যেমন নিয়েছেন সেরকম অবস্থায়)। 

- রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়: ওপেনড সাপ্লিমেন্ট, পার্সোনালাইজড আইটেম, পেরিশেবল পণ্য।

- পণ্য গ্রহনের পর আপনার মত পরির্বতনে পন্যটি রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড হবে না।, অর্ডার কার আগে ভালো করে পন্য বিবরণ ভাবে ভাবে যাচাই করে  হয়ে অর্ডার করবেন। ভূল পন্য অর্ডার হলে এবং সেটি কাষ্টমারের কাছে ডেলিভারী হলে  রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আয়োতায় পরবে না।

- রিফান্ড প্রসেসিং সময় ৫-১০ কার্যদিবস (মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং/কার্ডে)। 

 পণ্যের বর্ণনা 

- পণ্যের রঙ/সাইজ ওয়েবসাইটের ছবি থেকে সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে। 

- তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাপ্লায়ার দ্বারা কোনো ভুলের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

 গোপনীয়তা 

- আপনার ডেটা Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী সুরক্ষিত। SSL সিকিউরিটি ব্যবহার করা হয়।

- কাষ্টমারের ব্যক্তিগত কোন তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে শেয়ার করা হয় না।

- OTP কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না।

দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধতা 

- GYM S.W.A.T দায়বদ্ধ নয়: 

  - পণ্যের ভুল ব্যবহারে কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য (লেবেল নির্দেশিকা অনুসরণ করুন)।

  - ওয়েবসাইটের অস্থায়ী বন্ধ বা টেকনিক্যাল ইস্যুর জন্য। 

নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ 

- কঠোরভাবে নিষেধ: 

  - ফেক রিভিউ বা ডিসকাউন্ট অপব্যবহার। 

  - পণ্য পুনর্বিক্রয় (কমার্শিয়াল উদ্দেশ্যে)। 

  - অটোমেটেড টুলস দিয়ে ওয়েবসাইট স্ক্র্যাপ/ম্যানিপুলেট করা। 

 শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন 

- আমরা যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারব। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার  নতুন শর্তাবলী মেনে নেওয়া।

Account & Responsibilities 

- Users must be 18+ years old (parental consent required for minors). 

- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all account activities. 

Orders & Payments 

- All product prices include VAT/taxes (where applicable). 

- Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad), Cash on Delivery (COD) if available. 

- Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. 

- In some cases, a delivery charge may be required in advance to confirm the order. 

Delivery & Shipping 

- Delivery Time: 

  - Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days 

  - Outside Dhaka: 5-7 business days (subject to stock availability). 

- Not liable for delays caused by traffic, natural disasters, or third-party errors. 

Returns & Refunds 

- Return Policy: 

  - Contact within 3 days for returns (product must be unopened and in original condition). 

  - Non-returnable items: Opened supplements, personalized products, perishables. 

  - No refunds for wrong orders placed by customers. Verify product details before ordering. 

- Refund Processing Time: 5-10 business days (via mobile banking/card). 

Product Descriptions 

- Product colors/sizes may slightly differ from website images. 

- Not responsible for errors caused by third-party suppliers. 

Privacy & Security 

- Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption. 

- Customer data is never shared with third parties. 

- Do not share OTPs with anyone. 

Limitation of Liability 

- GYM S.W.A.T is not liable for: 

  - Damages from product misuse (follow label instructions). 

  - Temporary website downtime or technical issues. 

Prohibited Activities 

- Strictly prohibited: 

  - Fake reviews or discount abuse. 

  - Commercial resale of products. 

  - Using bots/tools to scrape or manipulate the website. 

Changes to Terms 

- We may update these terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance of changes.
