GYM S.W.A.T একটি প্রিমিয়াম ফিটনেস ব্র্যান্ড, যা উচ্চমানের জিম সাপ্লিমেন্ট, গিয়ার এবং ফিটনেস সমাধান প্রদান করে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

"কোনো সাপ্লিমেন্ট গ্রহণ শুরু করার আগে একজন স্বীকৃত চিকিৎসক বা পুষ্টিবিদের পরামর্শ নিন।"

• ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স অবশ্যই ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি হতে হবে (অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের ক্ষেত্রে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি প্রয়োজন)।

• আপনার লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সকল কার্যক্রমের দায়ভার আপনার।

• ডাটা ডিলিশন: আপনি অ্যাপের সেটিংস থেকে অথবা [email protected]এ যোগাযোগ করে যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

• প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সকল পণ্যের মূল্যের সাথে ভ্যাট/কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে।

• পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: বর্তমানে আমরা শুধুমাত্র ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) গ্রহণ করি।

• কিছু ক্ষেত্রে, বিশেষ করে ঢাকার বাইরে অর্ডারের জন্য, অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

• ডেলিভারি সময়: ঢাকার ভিতরে (২–৩ কার্যদিবস), ঢাকার বাইরে (৫–৭ কার্যদিবস)। যানজট, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের লজিস্টিক ত্রুটির কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

• ভেরিফিকেশন: আপনার শিপমেন্ট চূড়ান্ত ও অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে পাঠানোর জন্য ডেলিভারির একটি নামমাত্র সিকিউরিটি ডিপোজিট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে তথ্য যাচাই ও ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সহায়তা করতে।

• রিটার্ন নীতি: রিটার্নের জন্য ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। পণ্য অবশ্যই সিল অবস্থায় এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

• রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়: খোলা সাপ্লিমেন্ট, ব্যক্তিগতকৃত পণ্য এবং দ্রুত নষ্ট হওয়া পণ্য।

• রিফান্ড: COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য গ্রহণ ও যাচাইয়ের পর ৫–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (bKash/Nagad)-এর মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

• পণ্যের রঙ/সাইজ ওয়েবসাইটের ছবির সাথে সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

• তৃতীয় পক্ষের সরবরাহকারীর কারণে সৃষ্ট ত্রুটির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

• আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক ওজন প্রদানের সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। যদি কোনো পণ্যের অফিসিয়াল ওজন পাওয়া না যায়, তবে সম্ভাব্য অনুমানভিত্তিক ওজন উল্লেখ করা হতে পারে। পণ্যের বিস্তারিত পেজে প্রদর্শিত ওজন বাস্তব পণ্যের সাথে সামান্য কম বা বেশি হতে পারে।

• পণ্যের বিস্তারিত পেজে উল্লেখিত Unit সাধারণত ডিফল্টভাবে ১ Unit = ১ Piece বোঝায়। তবে কিছু ক্ষেত্রে Unit প্যাকেজের ভেতরে থাকা আইটেম বা উপাদানের সংখ্যাকেও নির্দেশ করতে পারে।

পণ্যের অপব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য GYM S.W.A.T দায়ী নয়। সর্বদা প্রস্তুতকারকের লেবেলে দেওয়া নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করুন।

ভুয়া রিভিউ প্রদান, ডিসকাউন্ট অপব্যবহার এবং পণ্যের বাণিজ্যিক পুনঃবিক্রয় কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

Account & Responsibilities

• Users must be 18+ years old (parental consent required for minors).

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all account activities.

• Data Deletion: You may request to delete your account and personal data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

Orders & Payments

• All product prices include VAT/taxes where applicable.

• Payment Method: Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

• In some cases, a delivery charge may be required in advance to confirm the order, especially for orders outside Dhaka.

Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka (2-3 business days), Outside Dhaka (5-7 business days). We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, natural disasters, or third-party logistics errors.

• Verification: To finalize and prioritize your shipment, a nominal security deposit for delivery is required. Following order placement, our support team will reach out to you to verify your details and assist with this verification process to ensure a successful delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Policy: Contact us within 3 days for returns. Products must be unopened and in original condition.

• Non-returnable items: Opened supplements, personalized products, and perishables.

• Refunds: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) within 5-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Product Descriptions

• Product colors/sizes may slightly differ from website images.

• We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party suppliers.

Product Weight & Unit

• We strive to provide accurate product weight. If the official weight is unavailable, an estimated weight may be provided. The weight shown on the product details page may vary slightly from the actual product.

• The Unit on the product details page generally means 1 Unit = 1 Piece by default. In some cases, it may also refer to the number of items or components included in the package.

Limitation of Liability

• GYM S.W.A.T is not liable for damages resulting from product misuse. Always follow the manufacturer's label instructions.

Prohibited Activities

• Fake reviews, discount abuse, and commercial resale of products are strictly prohibited.
