1. Eligibility

  • Valid bank account details for payments.

2. Product Listings

2.1 Sellers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear and competitive pricing.
  • Disclosure of all applicable taxes.

2.2 Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, or restricted goods.
  • Hazardous or unsafe products.

2.3 MartKit reserves the right to remove any product listing that violates our policies or quality standards.


3. Order Fulfillment

3.1 Sellers must ensure:

  • Timely processing and shipping of orders within the promised delivery timeframe.
  • Proper packaging to avoid product damage during transit.

3.2 Failure to fulfill orders or excessive delays may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.


4. Customer Service

4.1 Sellers are required to provide prompt and professional support to customers regarding:

  • Product inquiries.
  • Order issues or complaints.
  • Return and refund requests.

4.2 Sellers must respond to customer queries within 24 hours to maintain customer satisfaction.


5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Sellers must adhere to MartKit’s Return and Refund Policy:

  • Accept returns for eligible products within the return window.
  • Process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5.2 Products that do not meet the specified return criteria will be returned to the customer.


6. Payments

6.1 Payments to sellers will be processed:

  • After successful delivery of orders.
  • According to the payment schedule outlined in the Seller Agreement.

6.2 MartKit reserves the right to withhold payments for disputed orders or policy violations.


7. Fees and Commissions

7.1 Sellers agree to pay MartKit’s platform fees and commissions as outlined in the Seller Agreement. 7.2 Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension.


8. Compliance and Accountability

8.1 Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including:

  • Consumer protection regulations.
  • Tax laws and customs regulations.

8.2 Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.


9. Policy Violations

9.1 Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Removal of product listings.
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of seller accounts.

9.2 MartKit reserves the right to take legal action for severe policy breaches.


10. Termination

10.1 Sellers may terminate their account by providing written notice to MartKit. 10.2 MartKit may terminate seller accounts for:

  • Repeated policy violations.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Changes to the Policy

11.1 MartKit reserves the right to update this Seller Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our platform. 11.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
