Welcome to the GYM SWAT Seller Program. By partnering with us, you agree to comply with this Seller Policy. Our goal is to ensure that every fitness enthusiast receives authentic, high-quality products with a transparent shopping experience.
1.1 Sellers must provide accurate and verifiable business information, including:
Registered Business Name and Physical Address.
Valid Trade License or Tax Identification Number (if applicable).
Valid Bank Account or Mobile Banking details for payment settlements. 1.2 Sellers must specialize in fitness-related products (Supplements, Gym Gear, Accessories) that align with GYM SWAT’s brand standards.
2.1 Authenticity Guarantee: Sellers must only list 100% authentic and genuine products. Counterfeit, fake, or "master copy" supplements are strictly prohibited. 2.2 Sellers are responsible for providing:
High-quality product images and accurate titles.
Detailed descriptions, including expiry dates and nutritional facts.
Clear and competitive pricing inclusive of applicable taxes. 2.3 Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, banned substances (as per local law), and expired products are strictly forbidden.
3.1 Timely Processing: Sellers must confirm and process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. 3.2 Packaging: Products (especially glass jars or liquid supplements) must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit. 3.3 Failure to ship orders on time may lead to order cancellation and penalties.
4.1 Sellers must maintain professional communication regarding:
Product-specific inquiries.
Tracking and delivery updates. 4.2 Sellers must respond to customer or GYM SWAT support queries within 24 hours.
5.1 Sellers must follow the GYM SWAT Return Policy:
Accept returns if the product is damaged, expired, or doesn't match the description.
Ensure the "Intact Seal" policy is maintained for health supplements (returns are not accepted if the seal is broken unless the product is defective). 5.2 Refunds must be authorized within 5-7 business days after the returned item is verified.
6.1 Payment Cycle: Payments will be disbursed to the seller’s registered account after successful delivery and the completion of the return window. 6.2 Commissions: Sellers agree to the commission rates and platform fees as per the individual Seller Agreement. 6.3 GYM SWAT reserves the right to withhold payments in case of disputes, counterfeit claims, or policy violations.
7.1 Sellers must comply with all local health and consumer protection regulations. 7.2 The seller is solely responsible for the legality and safety of the products they list.
9.1 Selling counterfeit products will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform and potential legal action. 9.2 Repeated late shipments or high cancellation rates may lead to temporary account suspension.
10.1 Sellers may request to close their account by providing a 30-day written notice. 10.2 GYM SWAT reserves the right to terminate any seller account involved in fraudulent activities or repeatedly violating quality standards.
11.1 GYM SWAT may update this policy periodically. Sellers will be notified of major changes via email or the seller dashboard.
